hey its you in the back in second frame, but who is that other guy with beard?

That would be Tuukka, one of my pinball playing friends and co-founder of flipperit.net...

in Grown up indeed (2.29/04), shouldn't it be "all of a sudden" not "all the sudden"?

also, those people in the back look familiar...

"All of a sudden" and "all the sudden" are both valid expressions.

Phew, it took me two and half hours to read the whole second part of ICCL (with my 56k modem). But it was worth it, I guess.:)

Great comic, anyway, and I made my vote also. Second time in a week, first the election for European Parlament and now this. And they say that young people don't care to vote...

It might have taken two and a half hours to read, but it took me 55 weeks to draw :) I'm kinda interested to see, what kind of impact will the revision 5 characters make to the speed. At the moment I'm way too slow :(

you types wrong "The the following..."

It happens :)

what happens when i three-tap sms like that?

You'll see what Simon's actually saying to Deirdre. Originally it was just planning to use any random number, and the hidden message is just a bonus :)

Atleat it works with my 9210i and several other Mokia, Siemens and Samsung phones. Dunno about Sony-Ericssons.

If you care to try, make sure you've disabled T9, as it royally goofs it up.

tux - The rock bottom (2.22/04) - 18:34 29 May 2004
------------------------------------------------------------------------
a plane named tux just can't crash! Can it?

Nah, if it was uncrashable, I'd have named it 'Chuck' :-)

hrr - Old couples (1.22/04) - 22:51 25 May 2004

i think deirdre should have bigger boobs

Nah, she's just fine :) Besides, we're talking about a geekette, not a supermodel, eh? :)

As a bonus, little known fact: Deirdre from the original novel was fat. I mean REALLY fat :) She was never described well (except for her being a redhead), but my metal image of her was always like that. She lost like 40-50 kilos in the novel -> comic transition... :)

Skraba - Moon and stuff (2.21/04) - 19:37 21 May 2004
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Umm.. what does that text on Deirdre's shirt mean?

"Great tits", although she doesn't know what it actually says. More about the shirts in the chapter "Meet the family".
